Pinot Noir

A warm, but not too warm coastal climate allows the grapes more time on the vines. Along with using small fermentation bins, this helps give our Pinot Noir flavors of mixed berries, bright cherries, baking spices, a chocolate-chip, and a hint of herb. Soft, sweet tannins are the finishing touch!

Chardonnay

Small stainless tanks are used to achieve this “fruit-forward” wine. Enjoy the aroma, then taste the pear, green apple, tropical fruits, and a single rose.

Cabernet Franc

This genetic parent of Cabernet Sauvignon is earthy and complex, full of spice, licorice, plums, cherries, berries and a touch of violet. Its tannins are soft.
